Message: I've tried to make this place my "go-to" for my tooling and home improvement needs, give them my business, and avoid the box stores, but Ace makes it difficult for the following reasons:. 1. I went in there to have a couple of gallons of paint mixed. The associate began mixing the paint and then left in the middle of the process to check out other customers. After about 10 minutes, he didn't return, we couldn't find anyone else in the store to help us out, so we wound up leaving empty handed.. 2. On another occasion, I went to the store to buy a product that was advertised as "available in store" on their webpage. After asking an associate about the product, he indicated that it was sold out but would possibly be available the following week. No problem. Thinking I could just order online and pick up the product when it became I available, I went ahead and ordered it online for store pick up only for the store to just cancel the order instead. You'd think if the product wasn't available that they'd take my order and just let me know when it was ready. I wound up just taking my business elsewhere.. 3. There's also exclusive products at their store that are hardly ever available when I need them.. it's not all bad. For the most part, the associates are friendly and helpful when they are around.

Message: The staff is very helpful and will stop to ask if you need anything. It is a rare occurrence when I have to track someone down. If you have questions, they can help. My only complaint is that their prices are a little steep. It is worth it when you need help.
